This notice explains, in plain language, what happens to information when you use the Trenzo Designs website or contact Trenzo Designs. Trenzo Designs is a business of Tiffany Siegworth LLC, located at 1717 Martha St, Munhall, PA 15120.

02Information you may choose to provide

You don't need to provide any personal information to browse this website. If you decide to get in touch, you may choose to share:

• your name;
• your email address and, optionally, your phone number;
• the service you are interested in and your preferred contact method;
• details about an occasion or date, and a description of your garment or request.

Please don't send payment details, passwords, government ID numbers or other sensitive personal information through email or the contact form.

03How email and phone inquiries are handled

When you email or call Trenzo Designs, the information you share is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss your request and arrange any follow-up you ask for.

Emails are received in the Trenzo Designs email account (trenzodesigns@outlook.com) and are handled through that email service. Phone calls are handled through the business's phone service.

04The contact form on this website

The contact form does not send information to a server or store it in a database. When you choose "Prepare Email", the website checks the form for missing or incorrectly formatted fields in your browser, then opens your own email app with a pre-filled message addressed to trenzodesigns@outlook.com.

Nothing is transmitted until you review the draft and press send in your email app. If you close the draft without sending it, Trenzo Designs does not receive the information.

05Third-party services

This website relies on a small number of external services:

• Google Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google's font service. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives technical information such as your IP address. See Google's privacy policy for details.
• Google Maps link. The address links open Google Maps in a new tab. No map is embedded on this website, and Google only receives information if you choose to follow the link.
• Your email app or provider. When you use the contact form or an email link, your message is handled by your own email app and provider, and by Trenzo Designs' email provider when received.
• Website hosting. Like most websites, the hosting provider may automatically record technical information such as IP addresses and pages requested, as part of operating the service.

Photographs on this website are served from the website itself and do not load from an external image service.

06Cookies and analytics

This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking scripts. If that changes, this notice should be updated.

07Email security limitations

Ordinary email is a convenient way to get in touch, but it is not a fully secure channel. Messages can pass through several systems on the way to their destination. For that reason, please only share the information needed to discuss your tailoring request.

You can choose not to use the contact form and instead call 570-316-4976 or email trenzodesigns@outlook.com directly. If you have questions about information you have shared with Trenzo Designs, or would like to ask for it to be updated or deleted, please get in touch using the details below.
